At WaterSentinel, we believe clean water and customer satisfaction go hand in hand. That’s why we proudly offer a 90-day no-questions-asked return policy to give you peace of mind with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it within 90 days of the delivery date for a full refund.
Easy Returns
To request a return, please contact our support team using the contact details listed on our Privacy Policy page. You’ll receive a Return Authorization number (RMA#) and instructions to complete your return. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll walk you through the exchange process.
Installation Responsibility
WaterSentinel filters are designed for easy installation and peak performance when installed correctly. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation. Be sure to follow all included instructions or reach out for support if needed.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 days after the return product has been received. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
